I have to say that the people over at Spring Woodlands Air Technicians really are miracle workers.  Our unit had decided to stop working in the middle of a real scorcher and these guys were the only ones who were available to answer our call.  They got someone out to our home within in the hour which was kind of incredible.  The guy that came out got right to work and had our unit back up and running at 100% within thirty minutes.  He even stayed and ran additional tests for about twenty minutes or so to make sure the unit would continue to work even after he left which we really appreciated.  The price was good and the response time was incredible so I have nothing I could possibly complain about.

I “heard a new noise” during one of the longest heat waves we had this summer. I called in the evening and had a technician out the next day. The “noise” was a burned wire, fixed immediately at minimal expense. I am absolutely confident I will get only the necessary repairs on a timely basis, even in the busiest season.

I found out about Spring Woodlands Air Technicians through a recommendation after I’d used other service outfits that I was not at all happy with. I’ve used their services for both repair jobs as well as regular maintenance. Anytime I call them out, they take care to determine what I need and whether it’s needed, and take time to pinpoint the problem. Sometimes I have to wait a day or two for service, but they even come out on weekends and are very upfront about letting you know that they charge extra for weekends. They are also very prompt and they call if they’re going to be late. One time they called that they were running late, and they were just ten minutes away from my house. To me, ten minutes isn’t late! They’re good and honest.

When we were looking at getting our air conditioning replaced, we got an estimate from Spring Woodlands Air Technicians. After checking with a few other places, we thought their pricing was best so we followed up with them. They did a great job replacing our air conditioning. The customer service was really great. We enjoyed having them out. I really liked how reliable they were. Overall, they did good work!

This is the second time I have used Spring Woodlands Air. The service man remembered my problem from a year ago and diagnosed today’s burned wire as stemming from the same weak capacitor. He replaced the part and performed an annual checkup for a very reasonable price. They kept in touch with me before the appointment several times so they could accommodate my schedule. I couldn’t be more pleased. They will replace my unit when the time comes.

Overall, I had a very nice experience with Spring Woodlands Air Technicians. The staff came and performed system maintenance, as well as a global plasma unit. My first experience interacting with the company is that the staff was very professional and I didn’t have any issues with them. They also added some filter, so we’ll see how the results go for all of the work that they did. I would recommend them to other people because I thought that they did excellent work. I would continue to use them if I needed their service, as well. They came on time and provided me with excellent follow-up service.

Professional and good customer service. Takes time to use a checklist and gives verbal and written summary of the visit. I buy the large filters necessary  and they remove the old one and put in a new one each visit. We couldn’t be more pleased.

I have never been so pleased with a Air Conditioner company!  They arrived within an hour of us calling them, and the Service was the best!

My air went out what else over the weekend but I called them they made on appointment and showed up at the time promised. Since the part department was closed we agreed to complete the work on Monday. Again the time promised is when the technician arrived.
